Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the application programming interface (“API”) provided by Tendocs (“Company”). By accessing or using the Company’s API, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. API Usage and Purpose

The Company’s API allows for the automation of document creation by combining templates, text, images, sub-documents, and tables. Users can leverage the API to streamline the document creation process.

1. Access and User Eligibility

The Company’s API is available to users of Microsoft Power Automate and developers comfortable with using a REST-based API.

1. Pricing and Payment

The Company’s API is provided as a paid service with monthly subscription tiers. Details regarding pricing and payment terms are available on the Company’s website.

1. Automatic Renewal

Unless a subscription is cancelled before the end of the subscription period, it will be automatically renewed for the subsequent period. By continuing to use the service after the renewal, users agree to the renewal charges and authorize the Company to collect payment using the payment method provided during the initial subscription setup.

1. Pre-Payment

The subscription fees for each period are pre-paid on the first day of the subscription period. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover the fees.

1. User Obligations

Users must agree to the following terms and conditions when accessing and using the Company’s API:

  • Users must not interfere with the security of the service or its subscription mechanisms.
  • Users must not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Users must not make improper use of support services, including false reports.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Users must not use the service for spamming, transmitting viruses, or engaging in other malicious activities.
  • Users must not process copyrighted material without the legal right to do so.
  • Users must not impersonate others or create a burden on the service infrastructure.
  • Users must not create users or other service assets in an automated fashion.
  • User-submitted content, including templates, documents, images, text, and any other materials, must not infringe upon proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights of the user or any third party.
  • If the intellectual property rights to the content the user submits are owned by their employer, the user must ensure they have permission to submit such content to the service.
  • The content submitted by users must not be of an adult nature.

1. Registration and Account

Users may be required to register an account to access the API. The registration process and information collected are covered in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

1. Data Privacy and Security

The Company handles user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which outlines the information collected, its usage, and any sharing with third parties. The use of cookies or similar technologies is also covered in the Privacy Policy.

1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Company’s API are retained by the Company. No licenses or usage rights are granted to users.

1. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited as permitted by applicable laws. The maximum liability is set at 500 EUR. The Company disclaims warranties, and users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from API usage.

1. Termination

Users may terminate their access to the API by cancelling via the Company’s website. Upon termination, users will no longer have access to the API and its associated features.

1. Support and Maintenance

Email support is provided for API users. Users can contact the Company for assistance with API-related inquiries or issues.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands
